Pricing questions
Basic is £29 per month for up to 10 employees, Essential £59 per month for up to 25, and Professional £99 per month for up to 100. Business plans are for organisations above 100 employees and are priced with you. Prices exclude VAT.
Basic covers up to 10 employees with 2 GB of document storage: employee records and history, the employee self-service portal, invitations and onboarding, departments and job titles, line managers, leave requests, approvals, balances and half-days, UK public holiday calendars, document upload, approval, expiry tracking and reminders, Right to Work, DBS and identity document tracking, qualifications, CV, training and CPD records, and the HR dashboard. It does not include employment contracts and electronic signature, Advanced Leave, bulk employee import or AI-assisted document capture.
Yes, on Essential and Professional: paying annually saves 20% (£566.40 and £950.40 per year respectively). Basic is monthly only, and Business terms are agreed with you.
