PHI HR grew out of the day-to-day reality of UK HR administration: part-time entitlement, expiring documents, evidence for approvals and audit trails that hold up.
What we focus on
Most HR tools handle the easy 80% and leave the rest to spreadsheets. We concentrate on the awkward parts — FTE calculations, hours-worked accrual, working patterns, restricted periods, senior approvals, supporting evidence and required-document tracking.
The result is a platform HR teams can defend: consistent calculations, visible approval history and documents that never quietly expire.
How we talk about the product
We label every capability LIVE, COMING SOON or PLANNED. If something is in development, we say so. You will not find a roadmap item presented as a shipped feature.
